(the "Site"), a web site maintained and operated by MNIS, MNIS
is committed to assisting you in this regard. To that end, this policy
explains what information is collected by MNIS from visitors to the Site
and how that information may be used by MNIS.

privacy issues relating to the Site, it does not describe the practices

In connection with your use of the Site, MNIS may require you to provide

telephone and facsimile numbers. Other information collected by MNIS may
be provided automatically when you access the Site.

to evaluate the use of the Site and its content, to improve the products
and services of MNIS and otherwise in connection with the business of MNIS.

MNIS may sell or otherwise disclose such information in connection with
the sale of its business to a third party. The specific purpose of the
Site is to capture personal information relating to benefits enrollment
and other human resources activities in order to transmit this information
to health insurance carriers and similar third parties on behalf of the
employer and benefits plan administrator. Such information is only transferred
with the prior authorization of the employer or benefits plan administrator.
No Liability
MNIS will use reasonable precautions to protect from misuse any information
that MNIS collects from you through the Site. However, MNIS does not guaranty
that any such information will not be misused or disclosed to third parties,
and MNIS will not have any liability to you for any such misuse or disclosure.
Consent
By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of information
by MNIS as set forth in this Policy. If MNIS decides to change this Policy,
which it may do at any time without notice to you, MNIS will post those
changes on this page. By continuing to use the Site after MNIS has posted
the changes, you agree to and accept such changes. You should periodically
check the Site for changes to this Policy.
